To increase the rates of progress and attainment to ensure a greater proportion of children reach ARE in reading, writing and maths across the school. (Quality of Education) | Develop staff so that all teaching is good or better. Secure and deepen the work on oracy by ensuring that opportunities are progressively planned across the whole curriculum. Improve writing through a well-planned curriculum, quality first teaching and targeted intervention. Ensure maths teaching is targeted to gaps in knowledge as well as year group expectations. To revisit the interventions and fluency practice currently in place and assess for impact. Ensure high standards in the teaching and learning of phonics and early reading. Review the curriculum to ensure teaching and learning opportunities support in the development of resilient pupils. Target groups of learners to ensure best outcomes. Eg Pupil Premium

All pupils display positive attitudes towards themselves, each other, adults and the wider community. (Behaviour and Attitude) | There is a shared language used by children and adults across the school. To develop assessment capable learners who know ‘how they are doing and where they are going.’ Adults and pupils have high expectation of themselves and each other. Pupils and adults are aware of the protected characteristics. All pupils display their ROARR learning dispositions, leading to better outcomes. Pupil and adult mental health is positive, leading to improved attendance and better outcomes.

Attendance across the school is improving. (Personal Development) | Improve attendance and reduce lateness-pupils. Ensure that parental attendance communication is positive, regular and clear.

There is strong leadership and management at all levels. (Leadership and Management) | All leaders are confident in their role and can articulate their subject well. SLT and governors to initiate a rebrand, alongside the new website. Heighten governor presence across the school and develop an in-depth knowledge of curriculum and outcomes.
